Privacy policy of Solos Floripa
What information the site receives, why, and how you can exercise your rights over your data.
Solos Floripa has no sign-up or forms and currently sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The controller is BYTX LTDA, and you can exercise your rights by writing to [email protected]. We apply Brazil's LGPD and respect applicable Canadian rules, such as PIPEDA and, for Quebec residents, its private-sector privacy law.
This policy explains how personal data is handled on Solos Floripa. The controller is the company that operates the site, which applies Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where applicable, the privacy rules of the visitor's country.
The site is informational: it has no user registration, comments or purchases.
1. Controller
BYTX LTDA, CNPJ 65.649.904/0001-98, R. Professora Urana Gomes Barros, 390, Campinas, São Paulo, CEP 13056-674, Brazil. Contact for privacy requests: [email protected].
2. What data is processed
The site does not ask for personal data. As with any website, the infrastructure records technical data needed to operate and secure it, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, date and page visited. If you email us, we process what you include in your message to reply.
3. Why it is used
We use these data to keep the site available and secure, prevent abuse and attacks, monitor performance and answer your queries. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the operator and, for emails, handling your request.
4. Cookies and analytics
The site currently sets no tracking, profiling or advertising cookies. The network layer of the infrastructure (Cloudflare) may use strictly technical cookies or identifiers to protect the site from automated traffic. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
5. Who receives data
We do not sell or rent personal data. Infrastructure and security providers process technical data on our behalf. Links to operators lead to sites with their own policies, which you should read before sharing data.
6. International transfers and retention
Because the operator is in Brazil and providers may use servers in other countries, technical data can be processed outside Canada. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal periods.
7. Your rights
You may ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion or objection, and withdraw consent where it is the basis. Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA and Quebec's law, may give you additional rights, such as access and correction. Write to [email protected]. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can contact the competent data protection authority, such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
8. Minors and changes
The site is for adults only. We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest version on this page.
